2. Machine Tool Frame and Function
1)Machine tools are mainly composted by the rack, working table, slide, and the fuel tank. Use of steel plate welded structure, after a high-frequency vibration to eliminate stress and ensure the overall accuracy of machine tools, with excellent stiffness, excellent anti-distortion, anti-tilt capability.
2) We introduce synchronous slider, synchronous torque axis, and built-in cylinder block, they're stable and reliable.
3)Upper die with oblique wedge and deflection compensation device.
4)Backgauge and slide stroke are electric adjustment, manual fine-tuning, and digital display.
3. Hydraulic System
1)Complete set of oil pipes integrated hydraulic system, so that make hydraulic piping reduce to a minimum.
2)Selected famous brand-name hydraulic components to ensure the machine operation reliability and safety.
3)Cylinder through the forging, quenching, grinding, hard chrome plating process, and with imported seal ring to forbid the leakage.

6. Technical services, quality assurance and after-sales service
1). Technical Services: manufacturer will instruct the user to operate the machine when the user comes cross the problem by any time. Besides, provide the relative technical drawings to help user to install the machine. Before the machine leave the workshop, all will be inspected and well run; the machine arrive at the customer's workshop, they can start to use it right now.
 
2). Quality Assurance
  1 Supplier has gotten the ISO9001∶2000 certificate.
  2 Supplier has a sound quality policy and a strong quality control testing methods.
 
3). After Service
  1 When machine has well tested, the two parties signed a contract of acceptance of the period of one year warranty. Warranty period for the supplier to undertake the obligations of maintenance and replacement of spare parts.
  2 When machine has malfunction, user should notice the supplier. Supplier will help the user for maintenance within 48 hours.
  3 After warranty period, supplier will offer long-term service to provide technical and spare parts service, but it charges for parts.
  4 If necessary, supplier can send one or two technicians to buyer's factory to install the machine, but it charges, see below Sales Conditions.
